Gender Equality Index
In order to combat pay inequalities, an index of equal pay between women and men was set up on March 1, 2019, by the French government. Companies with more than 50 employees are required to publish it. This index makes it possible to assess inequalities according to 5 indicators. It takes the form of a score out of 100.
The five indicators making up the professional equality index are as follows:
- Pay gaps (38 points out of 40)
- Differences of individual increases (20 points out of 20)
- Promotion spreads (15 points out of 15)
- Percentage of employees increased on return from maternity leave (15 points out of 15)
- Parity among the 10 highest salaries (5 points out of 10)
For 2023, CNIM Systèmes Industriels obtained an overall result of 93 points out of 100.
