In order to combat pay inequalities, an index of equal pay between women and men was set up on March 1, 2019, by the French government. Companies with more than 50 employees are required to publish it. This index makes it possible to assess inequalities according to 5 indicators. It takes the form of a score out of 100.
The five indicators making up the professional equality index are as follows:
- Pay gaps (40 points)
- Differences of individual increases (20 points)
- Promotion spreads (15 points)
- Percentage of employees increased on return from maternity leave (15 points)
- Parity among the 10 highest salaries (10 points)
For 2022, CNIM Systèmes Industriels obtained an overall result of 89 points out of 100.
