Our design office works upstream with the customer in order to properly specify expectations and offer practical solutions to the issues of demanding sectors based on our experience. On the most complex projects, we work in simultaneous engineering in order to ensure the product manufacturability but also that their key characteristics are under controlled.

Serial production of machine structures for the manufacture of semiconductors

CNIM Systèmes Industriels entered the world of semiconductors in 2018 by becoming a supplier of ASML, the giant of the semiconductor industry. From co-design to the assembly-integration-test in clean room, our teams provide our client with machine structures measuring up to 6 meters. Both the reached levels of precision and cleanliness meet the strong requirements of vacuum operations.

CSI has been working since 2005 with CEA DAM to provide ultra-stable structures used at the heart of the Megajoule Laser. More than 40 units produced in series and integrated in the clean room.
