Notre processus de recrutement

Les différentes étapes de votre recrutement

Help with your interview

That's it, your CV has convinced our HR Manager!

You must now prepare for your interview to convince and highlight your strengths such as your experience, knowledge, know-how and psychosocial skills.

We advise you to use the STAR method to succeed in your interview and feel comfortable on D-Day. Find out what this easy-to-apply technique consists of! Thus, the STAR method looks like this:

S for Situation

You must describe to the operational manager or HR manager, a context or a specific mission that you had to accomplish during a previous professional experience.

T for Tasks

In the stated context, what were your missions, your activities and tasks in order to succeed in the requested project.

A for Actions

Explain all the actions you took to deal with the situation. Alone or in a team, give concrete details on the progress of the stages of the mission or project. Use "I".

R for Results

What were the results obtained related to each action? What did you learn from this experience? Answer these questions and be proud of what you have accomplished.

Show authenticity by turning your failures into strengths. Specify what you have learned and how you have evolved as a result of this project. If you can, give as much information as possible to provide even more details to recruiters.

Some open-ended questions we will ask you

  • Tell me about a project you led. How did you conduct it? At each step what did you do? What was the result obtained? What performance indicators have you defined and implemented?
  • Describe a situation where you took a risk or made a mistake? How did you react? What was your emotion at that precise moment? And what did you get out of it?
  • Faced with a complex situation that you experienced, how did you identify the difficulties and what solutions did you find to overcome the obstacles?
  • If you had to do it over again, how would you go about it?

“What we seek to know and understand are your talents, your qualities, your strengths, your points of support for the position to be filled. And other skills that represent a potential that we will make fruitful after your integration." Antoine Giannelli, HR Development Manager at CNIM Systèmes Industriels.
