Industrialization and large-size complex manufacturing

Industrialization, machining, welding (particularly electron beam welding) and metrology, all associated with large dimensions and for applications with very high constraints are at the heart of CNIM Systèmes Industriels' know-how.

Our pressure equipment and tanks are qualified on site and made of state-of-the-art materials (aluminum, stainless steel, AG3NET, inconel, etc.). They meet very demanding standards, including ESPN and RCC-MX.

Electron beam welding

Offering very high-quality welds, very thick, with an optimal welding speed, electron beam welding guarantees the preservation of the mechanical properties of the materials. CNIM Systèmes Industriels masters electron beam welding since 1988.

Our teams are qualified up to COFREND III - the highest level for weld inspection.

Perfect sealing

Our tanks and vacuum vessels go under specific tests such as hydraulic tests, helium leak tests, etc. Furthermore, for each project we systematically carried out specific tests in addition to dimensional and non-destructive tests.
